24 Carat by GM Pradhan looks promising

Golden Academy at Naya Baneshwor became the meeting spot of media personnel and who’s who of Nepali music scene for the music launch of 24 Carat by GM Pradhan. From the veteran singers like Prem Dhoj Pradhan, Om Bikram Bista to the new kids on the block like Araj Keshab and Prashan Shakya all had gathered for the lauch of the album. The album was made public jointly by Prem Dhoj Pradhan and Om Bikram bista and two videos, one from the same album was also premiered at the event.

 GM Pradhan is the father of renowned singer, composer and arranger Jems Pradhan. The album launched today is the part one of the 24 Carat Series with 8 songs, the next part 24 Carat part 2 is also ready and all set to release in around Tihar. The next album will also have 8 songs and a video from that album was premiered today.

This is collection album in which all the lyrics have been penned by Mr. GM Pradhan. He elucidates “All the lyrics are unadulterated experience of my whole life as they happened.” He further says that amazingly the album featuring so many artists was completed in just three months. The album features artists like Babu Bogati, Sugam Pokhrel, Mohit Munal, Sanjay Kishore Shrestha and Sashi Gurung.

Mr Pradhan voices that all the songs were recorded at Music Works Pvt. Limited owned by James Pradhan. He says he had a great experience working for this collection and is really satisfied with the outcome. Video of “Gori” the first track which was premiered in the event is a dance friendly track arranged by Shailen Pradhan. Overall the album looks promising with various artists involved in the album. Almost all the songs are arranged and mixed by Mohit Munal.

He further elaborates that the album has songs of various genres like Lok Pop, Rhythm, Blues, Classical etc. He thanks all the artists for their whole hearted co-operation and informs that he has high expectations from this collection. We wish him all the luck for this melodious album.
